ICLEI leads the project, thus is responsible for the management and coordination. Furthermore ICLEI is responsible for communication as well as an enhanced uptake. So ICLEI will develop a communication strategy, an exploitation Strategy and a visual identity. Also communications tools and activities will be provided. With a particular focus on the production of video content within the project, a particular task will involve interacting with other WPs to produce videos to aid the exploitation of innovation learning for sustainable mobility solutions. This task will involve story boarding, working with video makers (either in-house or through sub-contact), project management and dissemination.
