ICLEI Oceania:

• Conducted a desktop review of the outputs and outcomes of the earlier DRR workshops conducted by ICLEI and UNDRR in Fiji, Vanuatu and the Solomon Islands
• Interviewed informants in the towns and cities of these islands, and also of other towns which had committed independently to MCR
• Researched relevant recent studies and reports
• Ascertained the level of interest of informants in the new MCR2030
• Developed a high-level plan for mobilising MCR2030, with consideration of linkages to GCoM Oceania and the role of ICLEI Oceania
