The present subproject (1) is one of three subprojects under the TA, and it will support to the 4 Malaysian Cities: Langkawi, Penang, Kota Bharu, Kuching.

This subproject will support subproject (1) output (1) development of GCAPs for four cities, each with a pipeline of quality infrastructure projects, and subproject (1) output (3): Capacity of four cities, to develop and implement green city action plans and capital investment plans, strengthened.
