The Climate Risk and Vulnerability Analysis (ARVC, in Portuguese), consists of the analysis of the set of climate threats, elements of exposure and vulnerability of cities or regions, being the starting point for assertive risk management and construction of climate resilience to long term. In this way, ARVC is extremely important in informing the decision-making process of local governments, supporting the development of public policies, directing investments to minimize risks.
